DCM Financial Services Limited is an NBFC belonging to a large industrial house of North India. Faced with financial stress, it sought help of Amtrak. ACL first helped with making the voluminous database of investors accurate. Thereafter, a restructuring proposal was prepared with different parameters to enable the client to have a clearer understanding of the options available to them.

Absolute Aromatics Limited was engaged in manufacture of Aromatic Oils for the food industry. The company was faced with severe financial difficulties when Amtrak was called in. We assisted the client in initiating discussions on various solutions with the lenders. Amtrak advised the client to register with Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction and completed all related formalities with the Board in active consultation with the lenders. A draft rehabilitation scheme was prepared and finally a settlement was reached with the lenders.

Bharat Berg Limited was a listed company in Mumbai whose galvanised CR sheets were manufactured in Kanpur. Amtrak assisted the client in negotiations with all financial institutions and banks and thereafter prepared a rehabilitation proposal in late 1990s and represented matters at the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction as well as a consortium of banks. Unfortunately, the overall circumstances did not permit the rehabilitation proposal to be implemented and the Company could not be revived.
